Special studies in photography, concentrating on specific subject matter or media. Topics may include documentary photography, landscape, alternative processes, or mixed media. Photographers and Research. The role of research in contemporary photographic practice will be addressed by examining the special archives of the UCSC library and the Prelinger Library in San Francisco. Students are billed a materials fee.
