Professor Elliot Anderson will be presenting his piece Silicon Monuments: an Augmented Reality Tour of Silicon Valley Superfund Sites on Saturday September 15th. A bus will take visitors to a former IBM site where the first hard-drive was designed and manufactured. Participants will load the Silicon Monuments App onto their iPad - soon to be available for free on the Apple App Store. The tour will leave downtown San Jose at 11:00am and 2:00pm. The tour will run approximately one hour.
