Project Development in Photography

Concentrates on photographic project development, developing analytical skills designed to help direct students' own photographic ideas. Helps students create a conceptual theoretical framework through image-making in the field and studio, through critique and discussion, through readings, and by studying the work of artists. Students are billed a materials fee. Prerequisite(s): One course from Art 20I; and two non-photography lower-division art studios from Art 15, 20G, 20H, 20J, 20K, 26, and Computational Media 25. Enrollment restricted to art majors. May be repeated for credit.
