Our Environmental Art and Social Practice (EASP) MFA draws students from around the world who want to address today’s challenges with creative practice.

In unprecedented times of climate crisis and of raised consciousness about extreme racial and other social inequalities, the boundary-crossing, associative and connective possibilities of creative practice can reach across perceived divisions and create new forms and alternate understandings. 

We are proud to offer full support for all of our students, no matter where they come from (which is all over the world) so they can study and build their work without accruing excessive debt. However, this full support is becoming harder to provide for those who come from outside California, because of the additional cost of non-resident tuition and the increasing budget pressure. 

We welcome your donations in support of our program and in particular for our students so that we may continue to offer equal support for all.
