Special Topics in Sculpture: What Makes Us Human

This interdisciplinary course is for students in all backgrounds and majors interested in exploring the intersection of art and biology. This class introduces students to a range of topics to create art and examine "What Makes Us Human” as part of the virtual exhibition hosted by OpenLab and the Porter Sesnon Gallery at UC Santa Cruz opening November 12, 2020. Students in this class will have the opportunity to participate in exhibition and the 2021 Bioart Design Challenge with students across the country. This class is open to all majors.
