Edie Trautwein is a third year Film and Digital Media major and History of Consciousness minor. Currently, Edie is the Chancellor's Undergraduate Intern at the Sesnon Gallery, her work includes planning virtual events, archiving the Charles Griffin Farr Collection, working with gallery volunteers, handling social media and managing the Sesnon Underground space. In addition to working at the Sesnon, Edie is involved with the Okinawa Memories Initiative (OMI) and serves as the Event Coordinator for the research project as well as a member of OMI's Exhibition Team, she is also a member of the Cowell College Senate, an undergraduate representative on the Academic Senate's Committee on Planning and Budget, and a Social Media Marketing Intern at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History (MAH). Prior to this year Edie has served the UCSC student body in various capacities including CORE Council, SUA Elections Committee, Eye Candy Film Journal, and the Arts Division Undergraduate Steering Committee. In her free time, Edie enjoys watching movies and making experimental films, knitting, roller skating, writing for Fish Rap Live!, playing the mandolin and sitting outside.
