Beatriz Savin y Juárez (she/they) joined the galleries in 2019 and since has been involved in various positions. They are a fourth year Art and Literature major from “Sonoma County” or Southern Pomo land. Beatriz works predominantly in printmaking and poetry. Her work investigates a collective feminine experience and its closeness with memory through interactions with the natural landscape. In both her writing and art practice, Beatriz has recently been obsessed with circles, doves, and religious relics. In their free time they like to read books and make jewelry. You can find them working at the UCSC Print Studio.
