Professor Jimin Lee completed a six week residency project in Jeonju, Korea
By invitation from Joenbuk Art Museum, Professor Jimin Lee completed a six week residency project (August 3 to September 15, 2021) in Jeonju, Korea. Lee produced two printallation pieces, one in collaboration with traditional Hanji crafts master Kim Hemija, who has been officially designated as a “living human treasure” in Korea. Lee’s new pieces will be shown at a group exhibition, “Lunar Sonata - Hanji Works and Contemporary Art” at Joenbuk Art Museum (October 29, 2021 to February 27, 2022) along with other internationally invited artists.
