Art faculty Lewis Watts to present EVIDENCE: The search for traces of the cultural history in the African Diaspora

In this evening's presentation, Lewis Watts will trace his photographic exploration of reflections of visual history, transference of culture, and by-products of migration in parts of the world that are inhabited by people of African decent.  Lewis has looked at the cultural landscape in West Oakland, South Central L.A., Harlem, New Orleans, Jamaica, Cuba, and Paris.
