TMP 2.0 is currently looking for Transfer and Re-entry students who want to be pair with a Transition Mentor for additional support during your transition OUT of UCSC.
TMs will serve as "accountabilabuddies" to mentees by keeping each other on track with graduation requirements, processes and planning out the next steps post-graduation.
Transition Mentors will support graduation-bound Transfer and Re-entry students who want to 1. develop their professional skills, 2. learn about graduate-level opportunities, and 3. fine tune interviewing skills to translate their experiences.
If you are interested in being paired with a mentor, please fill out the TMP 2.0 Mentee Interest Form.
